The equipment in which the supplied parts are installed must be operated under the original manufacturer's instructions.  Returning parts in warranty must be accompanied with a accurate report of the event.  Warranty duration starts from the billing date.  In the case of refurbished equipments, the equipment is delivered with a warranty sticker. This sticker must be unaltered to get the warranty.
